The location was perfect and excellent and the private parking was on site.

Overall had perfectly pleasant stay on vacation. I've booked king room with a balcony and everything was perfect. It was newly renovated and had WiFi, a mini-fridge, and USB ports. The hotel was set in a central area not far from the subway station and 30 Rock, Times Square, Central Park. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The unit we got was updated with view of New York skyscrapers, 1 King bed plus fresh towels.

Units with 2 double beds. A storage, USB ports, and a mini-bar were convenient. Perfect and magnificent brand-new hotel location close enough to subway, Time Square and 5th Street, the theater district & Times Square and the center of Manhattan. Overall a very pleasant stay for great value and location.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides great amenities for business travelers. The 24-hour business center and meeting rooms were very convenient for my work needs. The staff was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated the text communication for any requests. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of a secure luggage check room. It would have been useful to have a more secure and reliable place to store my belongings while I was attending meetings and events.

Fabulous base for discovering New York with very efficient and professional staff especially in assisting after an item of clothing was left behind after we had checked out. Exceptionally nice location in Manhattan district next to attractions and subway, and Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed like a mini fridge, microwave, and a super comfy bed! The rainfall shower was a nice touch, and I loved relaxing in front of the 47-inch TV.

Personally, I found the iHome radio a bit outdated, but I guess some people might still dig it.

The restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The location was central and walk from a museum and a cathedral. Besides, I was walk from a garden and a park.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square North in New York. The location was excellent, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch. Loved my good stay on our vacation. The staff was helpful and pleasant, helped with every request. Its location was indeed favourable and only 5 minutes walk from a multinational department store chain.
